fix: replace Leaflet with pure SVG map to eliminate WebKit GPU seams

WebKit Bug #156130 causes 1px gaps at translate3d boundaries on retina
displays. Both Leaflet and MapLibre use translate3d internally, making
the artifact unfixable from app code. Pure SVG with viewBox zoom/pan
has no translate3d, no tiling, no GPU compositor layers = no seams.
