Christian Gick 8061a23c87 fix: pure Canvas 2D renderer at exact device pixel dimensions ...

Canvas renders as single bitmap at devicePixelRatio-matched dimensions.
No SVG, no CSS transforms, no GPU scaling = no compositor tile seams.
Full redraw on zoom/pan with canvas isPointInPath hit testing.
