feat(CF-529): Add Sentry error tracking integration

- Added @sentry/node dependency
- Initialize Sentry in src/index.ts with environment variables
- Supports SENTRY_DSN, SENTRY_ENVIRONMENT, SENTRY_API_TRACE_RATE
