Added CLI Wrapper section documenting the task CLI available at
~/Development/Infrastructure/AgilitonScripts/bin/task

Includes examples for:
- Creating tasks
- Listing with filters
- Showing task details
- Updating tasks
- Closing tasks
- Adding checklist items
- Searching similar tasks
- Investigation workflow
