feat: Matrix AI voice agent (LiveKit + LiteLLM)

Bot @ai:agiliton.eu accepts room invites, dispatches LiveKit agent.
Agent joins call with STT (Groq Whisper) → LLM (Sonnet) → TTS (ElevenLabs)
pipeline, all routed through LiteLLM.
