Hugo was wrapping jsonify output in quotes, making it a string instead of a JS object. countries.forEach then fails. Christian Gick	9a86cf6383	fix: neutral TOC links + poll-based map/chart init (timing fix) ... TOC links now gray (#4b5563) instead of accent color.
