- fill-antialias: false + buffer: 512 on GeoJSON source to kill tile
  boundary artifacts
- cooperativeGestures replaces scrollZoom: false (page scrolls normally,
  Ctrl+scroll to zoom map)
- Remove "Expert Analysis" bullet from homepage in all 3 languages
