Polyfill for Object.setPrototypeOf
A simple cross platform implementation to set the prototype of an instianted object. Supports all modern browsers and at least back to IE8.
Usage:
$ npm install --save setprototypeof
var setPrototypeOf = require('setprototypeof')

setPrototypeOf(obj, {

}
})
